The Problem: Contaminated Water
In many places around the world, the available water sources (e.g., wells, rivers, lakes, etc.) are permanently contaminated with dirt and germs, causing health problems such as cholera and other similar diseases. In other places, disaster situations such as floodings, earthquakes or heavy storms can cause water sources to become contaminated. PAUL can be used to filter such water before consumption.
The Solution: PAUL
PAUL units are ready to use and can be deployed quickly in the impact areas. People can use the locally available contaminated water by filtering it through PAUL. PAUL removes dirt as well as a multitude of bacteria and viruses and can thus reduce the risk of infections greatly.
PAUL can also be installed permanently as a PAUL STATION to make a contaminated water source usable again.
